Description NetVeda Safety.Net is an application firewall that offers inbound and outbound protection, as well as filtering, parental controls and email safety to protect you from hackers, worms, trojans and intruders. It uses multi layer deep packet stateful inspection and enables you to configure which applications and components are trusted to access the network or Internet. In addition, some advanced firewall settings enable you to customize rules for enhanced security. The firewall features are basic, but application control and content filtering features let you restrict access to web sites, remove content from emails and browser requests, disarm email attachments and more. In addition, NetVeda Safety.Net offers reports about application and network activity and allows you to apply rules to networked computers that use your machine as an Internet gateway.
